Sexton Safety Shoe offers returns or exchanges for any reason as long as the shoes are unused and you have a receipt. Some of our manufacturers also offer Comfort Guarantees. When purchasing your safety shoes, ask if they come with a Comfort Guarantee. If they do, you can be sure that your work boots and shoes will be comfortable, or they will be exchanged for some that are.
Warranty Policy
Most of our manufacturers offer warranties on workmanship. In such cases, the manufacturer will replace or repair shoes that fail due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect. While such cases are rare, we can help direct you to the proper contact at the manufacturer to deal with such issues should they arise.
